Shipping and Returns
All blinds will be FREE SHIPPING (Excluding Canadian Territories, Alaska and Hawaii). Fabric and hardware will have shipping charges included in our quotation. We use several different shippers, depending on where you are located and we will always use the shipper that is least expensive. Some shippers will charge an extra fee to deliver to a residential address. This may be as much as an additional $100. If at all possible, give a commercial (non residential) address for shipping or pick it up at the shippers terminal to circumvent this charge.
Claims
Please be sure to inspect your goods immediately when they arrive for shipping damage. Customers have 7 days from receipt of shipment to contact us regarding any and all shipping damage. If the package/boxes arrive by truck, and is damaged, you must note the damage on the proof of delivery.
No claims will be accepted after the 7 day limit.
Warranty
All blinds and shades purchased from us will carry manufacturers warranties. All the manufacturers that we supply for, offer a limited lifetime warranty. Please feel welcome to contact us for the specific warranty information relating to the product you are purchasing.
Shipping, packaging and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
All returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number which can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1-877-709-2041.
Cancellations
Due to our quick computerized order processing, and the custom nature of our products, there is no cancellation once the order has been placed, so please be sure of your selection.
Installation
It is your responsibility as the customer to install your blinds/shades correctly. We will NOT be responsible for errors in the installation process or mismeasurement in your ordering. REMEMBER... MEASURE TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER.
